Kathy McIlroy is a partner with the firm Myers Weinberg LLP, where she practices exclusively in labour and employment law. She has been practising law since 1992, and has been working on behalf of unions and employees exclusively since 1993.

Kathy appears regularly before arbitration boards and the Manitoba Labour Board, and also advises unions during organizing drives and the certification process. She provides advice on the interpretation of collective agreements, workplace rules, and policies and discipline issues.

Kathy also has a particular interest in human rights and privacy issues, and advises on employment standards, workplace health and safety and disability matters.
