Michael D. Kay

Michael Kay has been a partner at Myers Weinberg LLP since 1998. He has been a managing partner from 2000 to 2006.

He practices mainly in the area of solicitors' transactions including real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, wills, estates and estate planning, condominium construction law, mortgage and personal property financing, acquisitions, foreclosure and banking law.
