Marietta Pellettieri
Marietta Pellettieri's practice with Myers Weinberg LLP is focussed on real estate, wills and estates, corporate and commercial law.
She represents parties in their purchase or sale of their property (residential and commercial), refinancing, preparation of wills, powers of attorney and health care directives, basic estate planning matters, estate administration, and the review and preparation of leases.
Marietta represents individuals, union members, corporations and non-profit organizations, and some charities.
In addition to meeting clients at the law firm, Marietta can also accommodate clients at her St. James office located on Assiniboine Avenue near Ferry Road. She will also conduct meetings at client homes.
Marietta's clients rely upon her easy-to-understand approach, as she clearly and concisely guides them through their options, and provides advice as to the best course of action.
Marietta joined the firm in 1999 as an associate.
